Signals you'll recognize

Sales, accounting, support: each team keeps its own version of the truth, with its own errors and delays.

Six symptoms come up in almost every audit I run. They never appear alone, and they're never solved by adding one more connector.

  • 01

Your teams re-enter the same data...

Sales, accounting, support: each team keeps its own version of the truth, with its share of errors and delays.

  • 02

    CSV exports and Zapier...

Patched‑together solutions break as soon as volumes grow or your business logic becomes more complex.

  • 03

    Your internal APIs...

Nobody dares touch them, so changes are costly and silent outages go unnoticed.

  • 04

Critical processes rely on manual workarounds

Spreadsheets, copy‑paste steps, and manual follow‑ups create delays, fatigue, and error risks that do not scale.

  • 05

    Maintaining the current setup...

The existing flows still ‘work,’ but no one fully understands how they hold together anymore. Every change becomes risky, slow, and expensive to maintain.

  • 06

    Every new tool...

The ecosystem grows faster than your ability to maintain it, and strategic projects keep getting pushed back.

Method

A clear, controlled six-step integration approach.

Built on several years of experience with complex integration projects, this approach is designed to secure every stage of delivery, protect your budget and align all stakeholders around the same objectives. Decisions that need to be made are addressed early, and deliverables are produced against clearly defined, measurable success criteria.

  1. Step 01Framing

    Framing

We organise together a discovery workshop with your business and IT teams to clarify objectives, scope, constraints and success criteria. A first estimate of effort, timelines and budget is then provided, giving you a clear view of what is required.

  2. Step 02Requirements gathering

    Detailed specifications

All needs are consolidated into a functional and technical specification document describing each flow, its steps, data transformations and business rules. This document is reviewed and approved by all stakeholders, which allows us to confirm the final budget, delivery schedule and related commitments.

  3. Step 03Implementation

    Flow implementation

Integration flows are built based on the approved specifications and the test cases provided by your teams. Processing, controls and data exchanges are developed in a dedicated environment, with regular progress checkpoints to ensure full alignment with the agreed requirements.

  4. Step 04User Acceptance Testing

    User acceptance

A dedicated UAT session is organised with your teams to present the flows, run them on concrete scenarios and collect any required adjustments. You then benefit from a validation period to test key use cases and formally confirm that the solution is ready for production.

  5. Step 05Go-live & Hypercare

    Production Deployment

Flows and their dependencies are deployed to the production environment, followed by a joint verification phase (smoke tests) with all stakeholders. A hypercare period, typically two weeks, is set up to monitor exchanges, quickly resolve any incidents and ensure a controlled go‑live, with the option to extend the support if needed.

  6. Step 06Support

    Extra Support (Optional)

We secure your integrations over time through continuous support. This includes monitoring of flows, early detection and resolution of incidents, as well as corrective and evolutive maintenance. Ongoing improvements are proposed to optimise your processes, and you benefit from regular advice and proactive maintenance to prevent issues before they occur.

FAQ

Questions I'm asked the most.

A question that's not listed here? Write to me directly, I reply personally within 24 business hours.

Kevreañ is a Breton word that means “to connect”, “to join”, “to link” or “to plug in”. Breton, a Celtic language spoken in Brittany, France, has a rich tradition of oral and written literature. I chose this name because it perfectly reflects what I do: building reliable connections between your systems and your data.

My 5 years at Celigo gave me deep, hands‑on experience with IT landscapes from many companies around the world. With Kevreañ, you work with a single point of contact from start to finish: no information loss between stakeholders, one person who knows your context in detail and stays responsible for your integration all the way to go‑live – and beyond if needed.

No. Tool selection is driven by your context: technical environment, data volumes, team, budget and security requirements. I’m transparent about any partnership I may have with specific platforms, but my recommendations are always based on what best fits your needs, not on vendor preferences.

It depends on the complexity and scope of your project. The initial audit is used to provide a realistic estimate of timeline and budget. A well‑defined integration is usually delivered within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the number of flows and systems involved. Once the contract is signed, I commit to clear milestones that we agree on upfront.

You have two options:

  • Your internal teams take over maintenance, with full documentation and a structured handover.
  • We set up an ongoing support agreement: I handle regular health checks on your flows, maintenance and incident resolution.
In that case, a monthly contract is defined and can be cancelled at any time, with no long‑term lock‑in.

Yes. Confidentiality is treated as a deliverable, not as a nice‑to‑have. A non‑disclosure agreement (NDA) is systematically offered, access is limited to what is strictly required and credentials are encrypted or stored in a secure vault. Security best practices are built into the project from the very beginning.
